Nestled in the suggestive rocks of San Pantaleo and Monticanaglia, in the fascinating natural context of the Mediterranean maquis, stands this wonderful stazzo, tipical of Gallura, wisely revisited with references to the classic architecture of the Costa Smeralda. Designed and built by the famous architect Gerard Bethoux, the stazzo develops on two buildings joined together by a beautiful shared covered veranda.
The first body, the main one, is composed of an entrance hall, a service bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a convenient pantry, a dining area and a living area; on the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. From the living area leads to the central covered veranda that joins the two buildings.
The second building has a relaxation area and two double bedrooms both with bathrooms. The house is surrounded by wonderful planted green spaces and a plot of land of 16,000 square meters, rich in rocks of rare beauty, junipers and Mediterranean essences typical of the area.
The stazzo is located in an enviable context guaranteeing total privacy and absolute tranquility. In a strategic position, the property is just five minutes from the stunning white sand beaches and crystal clear sea of Liscia Ruja and Razza di Juncu and is just 5 minutes from the magical and picturesque San Pantaleo.
All the rooms are heated by an independent gas system. The building is equipped with an agricultural irrigation system and a well.
