Newly renovated and ready by June 2022, Villa Del Sole is located in an elevated position with sea view at the entrance of Porto Rotondo, between Marinella and Palumbalza. Its unique position allows you to enjoy great solitude, shielded by the Mediterranean maquis that surrounds it and guarantees silence and privacy, and a splendid sea view framed by the lush greenery of this stretch of coastline, just 600 metres walk from the small port of Porto Oro.
The villa is divided into two independent bodies joined together by a large masonry arch that extends to the back of the main body and connects the guest house to the main villa. The furnishings and finishes are of high quality, with a preference for neutral tones of cream, sand and beige. The details include some typical elements of the Costa Smeralda such as the terracotta floors in the living area, the masonry niches in the living room and the details in Giallo San Giacomo granite which provide movement and a natural allure to the facade.
The main building faces the sea and is spread over 2 levels. The living area is on the ground floor, where there is a large covered veranda overlooking the pool and the garden and where you can have lunch with a sea view. There is also a convenient barbecue for conviviality. The infinity pool is brand new and slides into the sea view, surrounded by a comfortable solarium area furnished with sunbeds and sun shields. Indoor, the living room is large and bright thanks to the sliding window doors, offering a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 8 people. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and gives direct access to both the indoor and outdoor dining areas, to conveniently serve the veranda as well. It is fully equipped and is suitable for professional use. In this area, there is also a small separate pantry, a bathroom for guests and a separate room with a washing machine.
On the first floor is the sleeping area, which has two double bedrooms with an en-suite shower bathroom and a private terrace with sea view. A third double bedroom is also available on the same level, with an en-suite shower bathroom and private terrace with views: this room has independent access directly from the garden via an external staircase.
The dependance is located at the back of the villa and offers a fourth double bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower.
Two parking spaces are available inside the villa, and others are also on the road in the immediate vicinity.
