Villa Renza is a comfortable and spacious property divided into two units (main house and dependence), featuring a well-secluded infinity pool to enjoy total privacy. Thanks to its position in the second row on the sea, it enjoys a panoramic sea view that can be appreciated from the large terraces of the main house, where you can dine al fresco and enjoy the colours of the sea at sunset in this quiet and exclusive setting.
The two residential bodies are arranged as follows:
MAIN HOUSE: developed between the ground floor and the first floor, plus a basement area for service, the main house features bright open spaces with large windows facing the sea view on one side and the pool area on the other. The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms (one quadruple, one triple, one double and one single communicating with the double) and 3 bathrooms (one in each room, excluding the single communicating one). The living area offers 2 separate dining areas (poolside and seaside), a fully-equipped kitchen with pantry, and a restroom. Moreover, a large, partially covered terrace on the rooftop enjoys panoramic sea views. The garden is manicured and it surrounds the swimming pool, connecting the main house and the dependance.
DEPENDANCE: developed on a single floor, this second dwelling overlooks the pool and remains independent of the main body. It hosts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful living area and equipped kitchen.
A laundry area and a private parking lot are included in the Villa for your utmost comfort.
Famous for its natural beauty and the discreet luxury it offers to visitors, Porto Rotondo features a picturesque harbour, white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a lively summer atmosphere. Its famous Marina is the town's beating heart, filled with luxury yachts docking in its waters, at only an 800-metre walk from Villa Renza.
